MT GLOBAL has reserved a number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories. The majority of hotels are located in the city center (close to the Venue).

Methods of Payment
Hotel deposit and full payment must be paid to MT GLOBAL by:
- Credit card: Visa/MasterCard, American Express
- All payments have to be made in Euro (EUR).

Check-in / Check-out Time
Hotel check-in time is 15:00 or later. Check-out time is noon.

General Information
Considering Madrid has a peak season, hotels will be available until 31th March. All other dates are upon request and subject to hotels availability.

Change and Cancellation of Hotel Booking
All changes (names & dates) to hotel reservations will be handled by MT GLOBAL. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

All cancellations must be sent to MT GLOBAL in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For nights cancellations received before 10 March 2008 will be refunded the Total Amount. From 11th March to 1st April, will be refunded 25%, After 2 April, no refund will be possible.
