The registration fee for delegates includes admision to the meeting and the exhibition, the programme book, the social programme and daily coffee breaks and lunches during the meeting. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the social programme, admission to the scientific sessions and lunches, but it doesn´t include the programme book. Please follow the payment instructions carefully. |

If your payment is not received before 7 March 2008, the late fee will automatically be charged. |

Confirmation |

In order to receive confirmation of registration on e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form.
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. |

Modifications |

Changes in your registration must be made in writing and sent to MT GLOBAL by fax, or e-mail. |

Letter of Invitation |
|||||||||
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the meeting should contact MT GLOBAL at monicalopez@mt-global.com. The invitation does not financially obligate the Meeting in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate. |

| Cancellation of Registration | |||||||||
| Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to MT GLOBAL. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 7 April 2008, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUROS 175 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 7 April 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made. | |||||||||
